We endevour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Mon to Fri) and the majority of orders are delivered in 2-3 working days*. If there is no one at the premises when royal mail call, they will leave a delivery card at your address asking you to collect your parcel from your local sorting office. Royal Mail first class delivery costs £1.95 for all orders up to £39 unless Special delivery is chosen when completing the checkout.

When this service is used we endevour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Mon to Fri), Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day is guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day to 99%** of the UK.

*Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed.
** If dispached on a Friday Royal Mail does not Guarantee Next day delivery on Saturday but do Guarantee delivery before 1pm Monday (unless monday falls on a public holiday), a tracking number will be issued upon dispatch of the order.
